Some people relax by watching movies. Others scroll through social media or play fast-paced video games. For me, one of the most unexpectedly relaxing activities has become solving a grid of numbers. It sounds simple—and honestly, it is—but that simplicity is exactly what makes Sudoku so appealing.
The first time I tried Sudoku, I didn’t expect much. I thought it would be just another puzzle I’d abandon after a few minutes. But something about the clean 9×9 grid and the gentle logic behind it slowly pulled me in. Before I knew it, Sudoku had become one of my favorite ways to relax and challenge my brain at the same time.
